Refund & Cancellation Policy
At V Golden Eye Group, we strive to provide the best services. However, in the event of cancellation or refund requests, the following policies apply (Mandatory for Payment Gateway Approval):
Ambulance Services
No refund will be issued once the ambulance has been dispatched from our facility. We prioritize immediate emergency response.
Home Care Services
100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the service start time.
50% deduction if cancelled within 24 hours of the service start time.
Travel & Tour Packages
Refunds for flight tickets and hotel stays are subject to the respective airline or hotel policies at the time of cancellation. Our convenience/service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
